Before placing your order, please confirm you agree to these terms and conditions of purchase: Payment will be taken via your specified method before your Mak Tok product is dispatched. If payment is not received, your order will be cancelled and your order will not be dispatched. Of course we want you to receive your goods, so when possible Mak Tok will contact you if there is an issue with your order.The items and quantities of your order have been selected by you the purchaser. Once your order has been placed and processed by Mak Tok, you are unable to change the items and quantities. If your order has been made in error, please contact [email protected] where we will try to resolve the issue Mak Tok cannot accept returns of our products. Please see our separate Returns Policy.
Mak Tok states the ingredients of each product clearly on our website and each item itself. Please read these carefully before consumption if you have any allergies. Mak Tok want to be sure you enjoy our products, but we do not accept liability should you have a reaction to our products.
By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. Please do not use or access this website if you do not agree with our terms and conditions.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
UPDATING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend or remove any section of the terms and conditions without prior notice. We encourage you review these terms and conditions each time you place an order.
Our prices are all in sterling (£), have a zero % VAT rate and are exclusive of postage and packing unless stated otherwise. Every care has been taken to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, but if an error occurs we will supply your goods at the lower price.
Payments can be made using Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
95% of orders are delivered within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order for standard delivery, subject to stock availability and external forces beyond our control. Orders received on weekends will be processed on the upcoming weekday. We cannot make deliveries on weekends. Please note that deliveries will be made to the address as you have entered it and we will not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to inaccurate address details. Always provide a contact telephone number so that our courier can get further directions if necessary.
We use Royal Mail 48 for orders below 4 items and UPS/DHL/DPD for orders of 5 items and above. We can deliver to a work address if this is more convenient for you. Just fill in the NOTES section when you place your order. We can deliver to all addresses within the UK.
CHRISTMAS 2020 delivery update [17/12/2020]
Please note that there is a severe delay across all delivery network. To ensure you will receive your orders before Christmas 2020, we will be upgrading the service from Royal Mail 48 to Royal Mail 24 for orders placed between 15th-17th Dec 2020. Even so, please be informed that this may take up to 7 working days to arrive. Our cutoff date for Christmas delivery is on the 17th Dec 2020 at 12 pm. We will continue to receive orders after this date, however, please note that they will only be processed by our warehouse on 4/1/2021.
