Smoked Chicken Asian Noodle Salad
With Mak Tok’s Sweet Chilli Paste

Ingredients
Method
1) Soak glass noodles in hot water for 10 minutes. After that, drain away the water and add Mak Tok’s Sweet Chilli Paste along with a pinch of salt to the glass noodles. Mix well and set aside.
2) Add all the ingredients into a large salad bowl/serving platter.
3) Squeeze lime before serving.
*Top tip: Add a dash of fish sauce or soy sauce for an authentic South East Asian flavour!
