Mak Tok’s Aglio e Olio
With Mak Tok’s Fire Chilli Paste
1) Cook spaghetti in boiling water as per package instructions.
2) Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic on low heat until light brown.
3) Add smoked lardon and Mak Tok’s Fire Chilli Paste, cooked spaghetti, and king prawns. Mix all the ingredients well and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Season with salt.
4) Garnish with some parsley before serving.
Top tip: Add a dash of fish sauce for that extra bit of yumminess.
