One-Pot Fairytale Rice
With Mak Tok’s Satay Chilli Paste
1) Marinade chicken with Mak Tok’s Satay Chilli Paste and coconut milk. Season with salt and leave for 5 minutes.
2) In a rice cooker pot, add rice, water, celery, red cabbage, sweet corn, and finally, the marinated chicken. Close the rice cooker and press the cook button.
3) Once done, fluff the rice gently and garnish with some coriander before serving!
Top tip: You can cook this in a large stock pot as well.
