1) Slice the mushroom to 1.5cm thickness.
2) Marinade mushroom and mock meat with Mak Tok’s Rendang Chilli Paste and season with salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
3) Skewer the mushroom and mock meat.
4) BBQ, dip and enjoy with Mak Tok’s Satay Chilli Paste.
Top tip: tempeh and tofu work equally as well.
