Cola Chicken Wings

  • 400g Chicken wings (separated to drummete & wingette)
  • 1 tablespoon Mak Tok's Signature Chilli Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Dark soy sauce
  • 300ml Cola
  • 1 teaspoon Oil


1) Marinate chicken with Mak Tok’s Signature Chilli Paste for 5 minutes.

2) Heat up a wok or deep pan and add oil to it. Pan fry chicken for 10 minutes with light soy sauce and dark soy sauce on medium-high heat.

3) Pour in the cola to create the sauce. Continue cooking until the sauce reduces to a thick sticky texture (almost like marmite). This usually takes another 5-7 minutes.

Top tip: Squeeze a wedge of lime before serving.
