1) Pour the milk into a stockpot and add the pasta. Cook on medium heat for 11 minutes.
2) Heat up a pan and melt the butter. Pan-fry the lardon until golden brown and drain the excess butter before setting the lardon aside. Transfer the used butter into the stockpot and cook it with the pasta.
3) On the final minute, Mak Tok’s Signature Chilli Paste, cheese, and fried lardons into the pasta. Once you’ve added these ingredients, turn of the heat and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Top tip: Add a 1/4 cup of water to the pasta if it dries up too much halfway through the cooking.
