1) Heat up a wok with some oil and stir fry chicken for 3 minutes on medium heat.
2) Add ginger and garlic. Give it a good stir for 2 minutes.
3) Now add Mak Tok’s Fire Chilli Paste, basil, chopped chillies, fish sauce, and salt. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed well in the hot wok for 2 minutes. Garnish with cashew or peanuts.
4) Serve with lettuce wrap or a warm bowl of jasmine white rice
*Top tip: Squeeze a bit of lime before serving for that extra ummph!
