1) Marinade the chicken with Mak Tok’s Sweet Chilli Paste, salt, and pepper for at least 10mins.
2) Add some oil to a pan and stir-fry the chicken until thoroughly on medium heat. Add sesame oil and soy sauce/fish sauce to the chicken and stir well.
3) Garnish the dish with toasted sesame seeds and spring onions.
*Top tip: Chicken thighs that are slightly charred taste amazing!
