  • 2 tablespoon Mak Tok's Sweet Chilli Paste
  • 350g Chicken thighs (cubed)
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce/fish sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds


1) Marinade the chicken with Mak Tok’s Sweet Chilli Paste, salt, and pepper for at least 10mins.

2) Add some oil to a pan and stir-fry the chicken until thoroughly on medium heat. Add sesame oil and soy sauce/fish sauce to the chicken and stir well.

3) Garnish the dish with toasted sesame seeds and spring onions.

*Top tip: Chicken thighs that are slightly charred taste amazing!
