Thai Mango Salad (Som Tam Mamuang / Kerabu Mangga)

Ingredients

  • 2 large mangoes
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 50g fresh green beans
  • 1/2 lime
  • 3 tablespoon Mak Tok's Sweet Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce (vegan substitute: soy sauce)
  • 30g peanuts
  • 10g dried shrimps (optional)

Method

1) Slice the green beans and tomatoes before putting them into a large mixing bowl.

2) Grate the carrots and mango. Add them into the mixing bowl with peanuts, dried shrimps, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and salt.

3) Finally, add Mak Tok’s Sweet Chilli Paste and mix everything together
