Mak Tok’s Mouthwatering Pad Thai
With Mak Tok’s Satay Chilli Paste and Mak Tok’s Sweet Chilli Paste
1) Soak rice sticks in water for 30mins while prepping the ingredients.
2) Heat up oil in a wok.
3) Add meat/tofu and minced garlic into the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
4) Add Satay and Sweet Chilli Pastes. Drain the rice sticks and add to the wok. Stir-fry for another 10mins.
5) Add mix vegetables and peanuts. Stir-fry for 5mins.
6) Season with salt.
BONUS TIP: Add a dash of fish sauce/soy sauce for that extra authentic Pad Thai flavour!
