  • Salmon Fillets
  • Cabbage
  • Pak Choy
  • Onions
  • Peppers
  • Garlic
  • Soy
  • Rice
  • Fresh Chilli
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Spring Onion
  • Mak Tok's Sweet Chilli Paste


1) Marinade salmon fillets in Mak Tok’s Sweet Chilli Paste (overnight if possible)

2) Place salmon in baking parchment (en papillote) and bake for 12-14 mins

3) Stir fry cabbage, Pak choy, onion and peppers with garlic and soy

4) Serve with rice with fresh chilli and sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onion.
