Sunny Fried Chicken
With Mak Tok’s Signature Chilli Paste
1) Marinade chicken with Mak Tok’s Signature Chilli Paste and store it in the fridge for 3 hours.
2) In a bowl, mix the flour, beaten egg, and water.
3) Heat up the oil in the deep fryer to 190’c.
4) Dip the chicken in the mixture and place several pieces at a time in the deep fryer for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown and juices run clear.
5) Drain on paper towel.
6) Enjoy on its own or dip it with Mak Tok’s Signature Chilli Paste.
