Sate Ayam Malaysia (Malaysian Chicken Satay)
With Mak Tok’s Signature Chilli Paste & Mak Tok’s Satay Chilli Paste
1) Cut chicken thighs into strips.
2) Marinade chicken with Mak Tok’s Signature Chilli Paste and season with salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes or better, overnight!
3) Skewer the chicken.
4) BBQ, dip and enjoy with Mak Tok’s Satay Chilli Paste.
Top tip: if you have the time, leave the chicken in the marinade overnight for a fuller flavour.
