Sate Ayam Malaysia (Malaysian Chicken Satay)

With Mak Tok’s Signature Chilli Paste & Mak Tok’s Satay Chilli Paste

  • 400 g Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 jar Mak Tok's Signature Chilli Paste


  • 1 whole Cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 whole Red Onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Rice
  • 1 jar Mak Tok's Satay Chilli Paste


1) Marinade chicken with salt and Mak Tok’s Signature Chilli Paste for at least 3 hours.

2) Skewer the chicken and BBQ for about 10-15 minutes.

3) Serve with sides and Mak Tok’s Satay Chilli Paste.
